    The colour of this Sylvaner is brilliant with a beautiful vitality. On the nose, the floral and fruity bouquet evokes aromas of yellow fruits, mirabelle plums, claudes queens and yellow peaches. The attack is frank, lively and chiselled. A noble minerality imposes itself. It offers a beautiful personality, strength and structure.

    Its aromatic finish is creamy, making it already joyful, pleasant and delicately suave, probably the signature of its terroir.

    Terroir

    This Sylvaner comes from a 60 year old vineyard, born on the Grand Cru Osterberg of Ribeauvillé, an open hillside facing east, south-east and overlooking the Alsace plain.
    Its marl-limestone-sandstone soil is a geological combination capable of producing great wines, a definite advantage for this cuvée.
