    A festive, jovial and greedy wine!

    A very fresh nose with aromas of white fruits (pear, apple) and brioche notes. On the palate, we find the fruity freshness while tasting the volume of the wine and its delicate effervescence.

    Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc bring structure and fruitiness to this Crémant, and Pinot Noir gives it suppleness and balance.

    AOC Crémant d'Alsace

    Cépages

    Blend of Chardonnay (35%), Pinot Blanc (25%) and Pinot Noir (40%). Aged for a minimum of 24 months after fermentation.

    Terroirs

    The Chardonnay comes from a sandstone parcel in the commune of Hunawihr dedicated solely to Crémant. The Pinot Noir is an old vineyard located in the Osterberg and the Pinot Blanc comes from a very chalky terroir on the heights of Ribeauvillé.
